Kira Jane Buxton is a Croatian-born, American-raised author known for her wildly inventive fiction told from nonhuman perspectives. Hollow Kingdom, available as an audiobook and book, is narrated by a foul-mouthed pet crow named S.T. navigating a zombie apocalypse, and was praised for its unlikely combination of horror, humour and genuine heart. Buxton's bold imagination and distinctive voice have won her a devoted following among readers and listeners who love genre-defying storytelling.
