Buy a xigxag Gift Card
Share the joy of xigxag by sending digital gift cards to your favourite people. Perfect for gifting audiobooks, even if they don’t have a xigxag account.
It’s simple and secure to buy gift cards on our website. Click through to our gift cards page, select the number of books you’d like to gift, enter your details, the recipient’s details, the date you’d like the vouchers delivered and confirm your purchase.
We’ll send the gift cards to the recipient directly via email with instructions on how to redeem the gift card and enjoy the books in the xigxag app. We’ll also let you know when the email is sent.
Sending Books as Gifts
Share your love of a specific book by sending it as a gift, on our website or in the app. It’s simple and easy. You’ll need to have created a xigxag profile in the app first and be logged in on the web or in app.
Select the book you want to send as a gift, tap gift, enter the recipient’s email address and a gift message. You can send immediately, or select “schedule delivery” to send the gift on a specific date.
If the recipient already has a profile in the xigxag app, the book will appear instantly in their “My Books”. They’ll also receive a notification and an email with information about the book, your gift message and instructions to help them find the book in the app.
If they don’t yet have a profile in the xigxag app, they’ll receive an email directly from us with information about the book and your gift message. They’ll also receive instructions to guide them to download the app, create a profile and find their book in the xigxag app. Once your recipient creates their profile with the specified email address, the book will appear in their “My Books” in the xigxag app.
Refer Your Friends
We also have a referral program. You can earn free books when you refer people who buy a book from us and your friends will get their first book at our discounted price. It’s our way of saying thank you for listening with xigxag.
In the xigxag app, visit Settings/Account/Referrals and click on “Earn Free Books” to find your unique referral link: you can use it to invite your friends, family, or anyone you’d like to try xigxag.
Your unique link will allow them to download the app and try their first book for £3.99. And the best bit? You’ll earn one free book for every three friends making their first purchase with your link.
Your code is unique to you and you can share it however you like. Email, text, add it to your website or social profile, post it on a forum or come up with something creative. It’s up to you.
After your friends download the app via your unique link, we will track when they make a purchase and you’ll see these appear in your Referrals section of the app.
When you reach three purchased books in your referral tracker you’ll be able to redeem your free book.
