Ragnar Jónasson is an Icelandic crime writer whose atmospheric thrillers, set in the isolated communities of northern Iceland, have been translated into over thirty languages and sold millions of copies. Born in Reykjavik in 1976, he studied Law at the University of Iceland and practised law before becoming a full-time writer. He also... translated Agatha Christie novels into Icelandic as a teenager.
