Tana French is an Irish-American author whose Dublin Murder Squad series and subsequent novels have established her as one of the most acclaimed and distinctive crime fiction writers in the world. Her novels combine the plotting and tension of detective fiction with the depth, ambiguity, and literary quality of the finest literary... novels. Born in Vermont in 1973, French grew up in Ireland, Italy, and Malawi before settling in Dublin. She trained as an actress at Trinity College Dublin and worked in theatre before turning to writing.
