Toni Pressley-Sanon is an American scholar and author whose work explores the history, culture and resilience of the Haitian diaspora, particularly Haitian women. Her research examines how Black women have supported and uplifted their communities through activism, education and mutual aid, often in the face of systemic barriers. Pressley-Sanon's writing combines scholarly rigour with accessible, compelling narrative. Her books and audiobooks offer readers and listeners important, well-researched accounts of community leadership and the often unrecognised contributions of Black women to social progress.
