Yann Martel is a Canadian author best known for Life of Pi, which won the Man Booker Prize and was adapted into an Academy Award-winning film. His books and audiobooks include Beatrice & Virgil, a haunting, unconventional novel that uses allegory and storytelling to explore the legacy of the Holocaust. Martel's writing is imaginative, philosophically rich and beautifully crafted, and his audiobooks deliver powerful literary experiences for listeners who appreciate fiction that challenges and moves in equal measure.
