Jenny Eclair

Jenny Eclair is a British comedian, novelist, and actress. She was the first woman to win the Perrier Comedy Award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and has been a major figure in British comedy for over three decades. Camberwell Beauty is one of her novels — darkly comic, sharply observed fiction about women, ageing, and the messes we make of our lives. Eclair brings the same razor-sharp wit to her fiction as she does to her stand-up comedy. Her audiobooks and books offer listeners and readers darkly comic, razor-sharp fiction — novels from one of Britain's funniest women that are as smart as they are entertaining.
