Peter Davison is a British actor best known for playing the Fifth Doctor in the BBC series Doctor Who from 1981 to 1984 and Tristan Farnon in All Creatures Great and Small. Born Peter Moffett in London in 1951, he has had an extensive career in British television, including roles in At Home with the Braithwaites, The Last Detective, and... Grantchester.
