What to expect
The subconscious mind can absorb without discernment, and equally can reveal its contents without our specific instructions. Like any 'depository' the uppermost layers are usually what has more recently been added and are the most readily accessed. However, that can mean that valuable memories and useful experiences can become forgotten through having become buried deep within the 'vaults' of memory. Through this set of 11 meditation commentaries, Raja Yogi Yogesh Sharda gives us methods to clear away the clutter, the useless and the unproductive contents of our subconscious. Once more we can then emerge the goodness and the brilliance that lies within all of us.
