What to expect
In the heart of Scotland's whisky country, a killer lurks amongst the casks. When renowned distillery guide Hamish Durie drops down dead during a whisky tasting, seemingly poisoned by his family's own liquid gold, DCI Bone is thrust into a world where tradition and treachery collide.
Peeling back the layers of deception, Bone uncovers a toxic blend of deep rooted family feuds, corporate back-stabbings, and a sinister connection to Glasgow's underworld kingpin, Frankie Feelan. With Glendurie's centuries-old reputation at stake and more lives on the line, Bone’s investigation races at breakneck speed, through fog shrouded Highlands and gritty Glasgow streets.
Can Bone sift truth from lies before the killer strikes again? Or will he become the next victim in this deadly game of highland hide-and-seek? Intoxicating, gritty, and utterly unputownable - A Devil's Share will leave you gasping for air and reaching for a stiff drink. Brace yourself for the most potent DCI Bone thriller yet!
Set among the dramatic hills and glens of Scotland's Campsie Fells, A Devil's Share is the eighth book in the International bestselling edge-of-your-seat Scottish crime detective series that will keep you guessing right up to the nail-biting, heart-stopping climax.
Perfect for fans craving the dark edge of Ian Rankin and the raw intensity of Stuart MacBride.

Just finished this series of books. Although a little slow I really enjoyed getting to know the characters. Hoping D C I Bone continues to delight listeners.
