Synopsis
In her exciting debut A Good Excuse to Be Bad, rising star Miranda Parker offers a compelling tale of how quickly life can be turned on its head. To bail bond agent and single mom Evangeline "Angel" Crawford, life seems boring, and she's beginning to get restless. But when a job goes terribly wrong at Club Night Candy, everything changes. Someone is murdered, and Angel's twin stands accused. Now, Angel becomes her sister's only chance for redemption. Fortunately, she'll have some help-from the most unlikely of sources.
