What to expect
With a war looming and a moody vampire roommate, Violet has her hands full these days. Add on a shifter stalking her at all hours of the day and night, and she's about to lose her mind.
When Violet realizes the wolves aren't quite on her side yet, she has to make a choice. Absolve the wolves of their responsibility to the world, or use the power Easton inadvertently granted her and show them what a true leader looks like. She can force them to submit to her rule, but that isn't Violet's way.
Enlisting Clara and Dave to help her, Violet comes up with a plan to win the loyalty of the New Orleans clan, but it comes with one major complication.
She falls in love. For real this time.
But matters of the heart aren't on Violet's to-do list. She has a war to win, a vampire queen to fetch pickles and ice cream for, and a devil to save.
Love is just going to have to wait . . .
