What to expect
Jinnie Cooper’s year so far:
Dumped by fiancé? Check.
Lost job? Check.
Moved to a cottage the size of a shoebox? Check.
Accidentally released a genie from a lamp. Wait, what?
After fleeing to the Scottish village of Cranley to lick her wounds, Jinnie just wants to lie low, work at the local antique shop, and avoid men forever. Simple.
Except her new boss Sam is annoyingly attractive, there’s the pub landlord’s handsome son to contend with, and now she’s got a mysterious houseguest who has opinions on everything from her love life to her bathroom products.
Between navigating magical mayhem, three wishes she’s terrified to waste, and trying not to fall for the wrong (or right?) guy, Jinnie’s quiet fresh start has turned into absolute chaos.
But maybe chaos is exactly what she needs...
