Astral Travel Meditation

This astral travel meditation will guide you on an empowering journey through the astral plane and offer you deep healing and higher consciousness wisdom and insights. It begins with a white light protection visualisation which flows into a deepening relaxation. As the meditation progresses you will be given a gentle prompt to enter the astral plane via your astral body. You will feel safe and secure as you navigate the astral dimension, where you will meet wise beings who will impart knowledge and wisdom to you telepathically. Further on you will enter a temple of light and bathe in a healing pool of light that will invigorate you and cleanse your energy field. From there you will meet more highly evolved beings and angels who will pass on guidance, wisdom and insights to help you in your daily life.
