For instance, I was fascinated to read about the barriers to LGBTQ+ progression that Layla outlined, like “unmooring”, or simply the fact that so many queer leaders may have been lost due to the AIDS pandemic! I teared up when I read the “advice to my younger self” section and I think that you will too.
