What to expect
She will break the rules to find answers…
Phoenix Reykill can’t stop thinking about the world she wasn’t meant to see—the hidden realm that brushed against her awareness before vanishing like a dream. The more she tries to ignore it, the stronger the pull becomes, until she makes a dangerous choice: break the rules and follow the call… wherever it leads.
Adam Jefe is tired of living in the long shadow of his legendary parents. What he wants—what he’s never been brave enough to admit—is a destiny of his own. So when a girl made of fire and mystery appears during a routine school trip, he isn’t scared.
He’s captivated.
One moment binds them.
One choice changes everything.
And one impossible meeting reveals a truth neither expected: fate has plans for them.
But when worlds collide and time unravels around them, Phoenix and Adam must face the hardest question of all:
Are they meant to be only a brief, bright spark in each other’s lives? Or is their story just beginning?
