I don't usually leave reviews but I want to leave one for the narrator. I would have given up on the book if it wasn't for his brilliant work. Nothing is thrown away or dismissed and every character has their own distinctive voice. I really appreciate the work he must have put in to give this level of work. Whatever he does I'll listen to.

An extremely well written book about a load of obnoxious, entitled, self obsessed characters, who during the course of short year ,find their worlds crumbling

A monumental work which exposes the depravities of our age. It is Dickensian both in its compassion for the characters and the laying of responsibility for the evils which scar the landscape of our society. This is a compelling work , beautifully read.
