I absolutely loved this. Carrie Soto is a great study in what you have to give up and neglect to be the best of the best. Her emotional immaturity and stunted personal life are contrasted by her being the top of her game. The plot is extremely traditional and predictable but you're so invested in the characters it feels like a great comfort read. Best book this year so far
