Well, Frankie Agro was single and turning twenty-five in mere weeks. So when he dropped the news in my lap, I could only see him having two options—kiss his inheritance goodbye or marry me.
It made perfect sense, and the rules were simple: we live together to keep up the charade so no one is the wiser and we never, ever cross the line (aka fall in love with each other).
Problem is? Being in close proximity to a handsome man who makes me laugh even when I have a bad day has my heart confused as to what this really is . . . a fake marriage.
No need to tell me twice, I already know there's no way I'm walking away from this without a broken heart. Unless I can get Frankie to admit that this could be more than what it started out as. It's a risk, but one I’m willing to take.
