This is such a helpful resource, and I adore Bea's voice and caring, supportive words in the audiobook. Emotional Outsourcing is explained in an easy to understand way, with examples of people's lived experiences to help illustrate things. Highly recommended for anyone also working through trauma, people pleasing tendencies or challenging generational dysfunction. (Her podcast is ace too)
