I'd say this is a must read for anyone involved in change. It’s a really practical book with some great insights and inspiration. I found it a very easy read - it's not an overwhelming 'textbook' style book, it's one you can dip in and out of as time allows. Also found the free downloadable resources really useful. Highly recommend.

How to be a change super hero is a really great business toolkit. It has successfully achieved the balance between being highly informative and yet is easy to read. Because of how the book is structured, it is easy to dip in and out of too (helpful when you are short on time!). I particularly enjoyed the quick recap section and found the references to further resources very useful too.

This was full of useful, practical tips but grounded in research - it does a good job of dealing with the real world not a theoretical business-school or unicorn view of the world.
It's also an easy and enjoyable read - plenty to make you think without being dry. Overall I found it encouraging and positive and it maybe rekindled a belief that real change is possible to achieve.Amazon.co.uk
