“Masters narrates from Caleb’s point of view while Arndt handles Stevie’s. Both give youthful exuberance to Caleb’s ten-year-old son. As passion flares, Masters delivers a husky quality for Caleb. Arndt is equally adept at expressing Stevie’s emotions. Both narrators successfully shift back and forth without losing the feminine or masculine qualities of the characters they are performing. Listeners will enjoy their collaboration.”
