An excellent book by an excellent author. Joe’s first book “Bird Therapy” remains a favourite of mine and his latest book is an extension of his amazing ability to weave together the intrinsic importance of the natural world to our human well-being - especially for those of us who are neurodivergent.

The sheer range of perspectives Joe has managed to bring together in this book - from individuals, charities, government bodies and those in the education sector - is truly impressive. I have learnt a lot about strategies and policies within workplaces as well as alternative provisions within schools.
