I've absolutely loved this book. I listened to it for the first time about a fortnight ago and have listened 3 times since. It appealed to me as it covered 2 of the subjects that I enjoy to read, UK travel and cycling, but the author travels the UK visiting small, artisan producers of the items that go into a UK breakfast. I'm also a big supporter of local/UK producers. The book also contains recipes. I'll be buying the physical book to have the recipes and producers in writing. It's a brilliant listen.
