This book is a great read/listen. I swallowed it up in one sitting. It showed me an explanation for my struggles without being overly clinical/prescriptive, yet claims are evidence based on the current literature. The right mix of science and lived experience. I think it will be very helpful going forward and rediscovering and advocating for myself and others.
