But while Roo works towards achieving his goal, memories of the invasion haunt him still. For the war with the Emerald Queen is far from over and the inevitable confrontation will pose the biggest threat yet to his newfound wealth and power.

Another chapter in the saga. Mor new names and some new locations and people but a good enough sprinkling of previous names to make the narrative click. I have said before that I am not a fan of the narrator but after several books I am starting to accept him. As always there are some slow passages but in the main the action moves on and interest is maintained. On to the next book!
