I loved this book. It was so good to hear so many women's stories and thoughts. It totally changed my attitude and approach to my life during this period of change. This was recommended to me at a menopause cafe I have started to attend when I felt I was struggling with symptoms of perimenopause. I knew that I had become more angry and impatient and I was looking for ways to help myself with this. But this book helped me identify a whole lot of other symptoms. Things I would have never of associated with perimenopause. Learning the connection about hormonal changes and how this can affect you both physically and mentally. I have been able to create much better approach to caring for myself.
