Started off like a script from The Kerry Girls but the story soon overpowered the humour, and I can understand why it was Booker nominated. A long, convoluted story that never risks losing your attention. The writing is top notch and is matched by the narration.
A really good read/listen.

This was amazing! Probably my book of the year so far. This book will stay with me for a long time.
This book moves between perspectives, and the way the narratives are written and progress through the book, just wow! This really comes to life in audio with different voices.
