I did enjoy travelling to Bulgaria with Mrs. Pollifax. A likeable, courageous and kind heroine, and a well paced adventure. Pure escapism! Beautifully performed by Barbara Rosenblat. As always, she brings the characters to life so skillfully that it could almost be a radio play with different actors.
