How you answer these questions and go through these exercises may provide some significant surprises and create real change in your life.Many men are so busy defining themselves as "providers" that they forget to enjoy those provisions, instead making everyone else feel guilty or self-conscious about enjoying them. Men also spend an inordinate amount of time defining themselves as "what they do for a living" and forget to define "who they choose to be" and "how they choose to live."
