Synopsis
The First Men in the Moon is H. G. Wells's classic science fiction adventure about exploration, discovery, and the limits of human ambition. The story follows the eccentric scientist Dr. Cavor and the pragmatic businessman Bedford, who invent a revolutionary substance that enables them to travel to the Moon. There they encounter an extraordinary underground civilization of intelligent insect-like beings known as the Selenites. Blending scientific imagination with social satire and philosophical reflection, the novel is a landmark of early science fiction and one of Wells's most enduring works. This Audiobook was narrated using AI-generated voice technology.
