I have the Headspace app and I use it every day - slowly my state of being is improving, after years of being in one form of distress or another.

The narrator of this book is one of the founders of Headspace - Andy Puddlecombe - a former Buddhist monk - it’s great to hear him carefully explain the dimensions of meditation, over the eight hours or so I’ve learnt a great deal - if your new to meditation and your looking for a way to find yourself more at ease with yourself and life - these eight hours could be the most important investment you make
