Brilliant book beautifully narrated by the author. You feel really held and carried along by Yrsa Daley-Ward's whimsical yet powerful writing. Some of the sections were very moving and I helped me unpick parts of myself that I sometimes hesitate to examine but it was freeing to consider them as a part of the whole. I was feeling a bit rudderless at and it has been a real comfort to read this and helped me to see the beauty in the world beyond my current circumstances.
