On a sombre note in this book he more than touches on the distressing subject of Alzheimer’s disease, he inhabits it and moves us greatly.
A must read - or listen. Fiona Shaw’s narration is spot on!
Beautifully narrated loved it
The only thing that kept me listening was the personal stories of the characters, in particular the heartbreaking and beautifully written plot about dementia, which made the silly antics and murder plot just seem farcical and unnecessary.
As always, Fiona Shaw is a brilliant narrator!
