THE BRILLIANTLY FUNNY, ONE-OF-A-KIND PAGE-TURNER FROM AUTHOR AND BELOVED TV PRESENTER, STEVE JONES
Introducing The Last Laugh Club.
Four strangers who meet to discuss the one thing they don’t want to talk about.
But sometimes, when it rains, it pours.
Because retired copper Ray has been mugged. This is unfortunate – mostly for the thief, who ends up dead.
Ray should feel guilty. But doesn’t quite.
And that’s when The Last Laugh Club finds its calling.
There are other bad people out there. People who the world might be better off without.
And once you’ve had a taste, murder is strangely moreish . . .
'Sensational. I loved it. An absolute thrill ride' John Niven
'Spectacular. Reads like Richard Osman with more blood. A tale of morality, mortality and what happens when a life takes you beyond breaking point' Tony Parsons
