Nice easy, fun, listen.
This reminded me of the Virgin River books. New girl moves to small town and learns what small town gossip and politics are like. Meets local chap. All the usual issues and misunderstandings before they both manage to communicate like adults.

I kind of imagined the locations as in Stars Hollow, even though the cafe isn't on the town square.
