I spent a summer with Sophia and her grandmother on their island. I felt the wind in my hair and the sun on my face, I got anxious for their little Venice when the rain came, I walked with them, swam with them, I saw them get along and fight with each other. Every one of these short stories transported me into their world. I loved every minute of this treasure.
