This is the first book I have ever listened through concerning communication, and now that I am finished with it, I can say it has been rewarding and comprehensive as a first read on a new topic. The narration is engaging and well paced, the content is concise and well structured. The points made are all clear and actionable. I would heartily recommend you give it a try. Doing so will give you key insights on how to prepare, think and structure your communication in various relevant and common circumstances.
