I absolutely loved this book. Possibly one of the best I’ve listen to this year. It reminded me slightly of ‘Normal people’ by Sally Rooney, but more intense and with a lot more going on. The technical details were spot on and brought back a lot of memories.
The atmosphere was perfectly captured by both narrators.

I didn't think that I would enjoy this book and in fact left it for a while. But something pulled me back and in the end of enjoyed it. At its core it's a love story but on a excellent background. Should Sam and Sadie have realised that they were destined to spend the rest of their lives together ? Well I will let you be the judge.
Narration is excellent.

Listened to this on the recommendation of both my sisters and I'm so glad I did. This is a truly beautiful book about the power of friendship over a lifetime. I haven't been so engrossed in a book for a while - at one point while listening I audibly gasped so loudly because my partner asked if I was okay!

A wonderfully narrated, expertly crafted story which I highly recommend.

This book was awesome! It's a book about found family and friendship through the eyes of game developers. As someone who doesn't play video games I'm sure there is references that I've missed, this was so beautifully written and and I really felt the love for gaming through it. I would recommend this to anyone to read. I also really enjoyed the narration of this book and it can be interested throughout.
