Unleash Me

Synopsis

After a meteoric rise to stardom and a career steeped in fame and accolades, four-time MVP winner and shooting guard Ashton Santoro wants nothing more than to retire from the league with another ring. From the outside looking in, Ashton’s eleven-year marriage is what dreams are made of and the epitome of black love. But an interview with award-winning sports journalist, Chanel Dubois, threatens to unravel his secrets from the past and the truth about his marriage. Struggling to keep his private life out of the spotlight, Ashton finds himself the target of a stalker, and he quickly realizes the only person he can trust is Chanel. Being in the spotlight has never been Chanel Dubois’s dream. She loves highlighting players from the sidelines and in the magazine she writes for. But when she receives pictures from an anonymous sender, she finds herself teaming up with Ashton to protect his secret. But what she never dreamed of was that she would become the target of a stalker and sensationalized in the blogs, and she certainly never expected to fall in love with the league’s “happily married” superstar shooting guard. With time running out, the two will have to uncover the identity of the stalker before someone else gets hurt. Searching for the truth will cause Ashton and Chanel to discover how much they actually have in common. Will Ashton trust his heart with the determined reporter, or will he learn there’s a price to pay for loyalty?
