What to expect
Glamour, infidelity, murder . . .
Ruthless, devilishly handsome businessman Harry Rose is head of Rose Corporation, No. 18 on the Forbes rich list, and recently married to wife number six. But now, with his business in the spotlight and his love life under scrutiny, Harry's perfect world has the potential to come crashing to the ground.
From eighties young gun to noughties billionaire, there's a reason why Harry's many wives have found him impossible to resist. But behind the money, sex and glamour lies a truer tale of infidelity, conspiracy and murder . . .
Loosely based on the trials and tribulations of the most infamous historical playboy of them all, Henry VIII, this tale of glamour and serial monogamy will leave you wickedly entertained.
'A delicious read for anyone looking to sink into a big juicy story about love, lust, betrayal and other unfortunate consequences of the heart' Renée Rosen, bestselling author of Park Avenue Summer
'An ingenious concept with a perfect anti-hero and addictive plot - I loved it!' Francesca Hornak, author of Seven Days of Us

You don't have to be a Tudor aficionado to adore Wife After Wife, however, those in the know will be especially delighted with this modern-day retelling of the six wives of Henry VIII. For all others, Hayfield's clever novel is a delicious read for anyone looking to sink into a big juicy story about love, lust, betrayal and other unfortunate consequences of the heart

Wife After Wife is a wickedly fun story torn from the pages of history, and reset in the glittering world of twenty-first century celebrity. It's a tale fit for a king -- in this case, one Henry Rose, modern media mogul, and the women who fill his life. It is an epic saga, with everything from budding romance to bitter betrayal, and corporate intrigue to crushing heartbreak. With engaging characters you can't help rooting for, Hayfield's novel is a must-read for fans of both historical and contemporary fiction

Olivia Hayfield has a lot of fun with her modern re-imagining of the Tudor King . . . you don't have to know your Catherine of Aragon or your Catherine Parr to enjoy this slick romantic romp, but if you do it's even more enjoyable
