You might have come across some concepts before but I think Hagen using a lot of anecdotes from her own life really made their writing inviting and accessible.
I think the interviews with other people knowledgeable in related areas gave nice jumping off points to follow up on tips that interest the reader.
The concept of play of very interesting, I've been seeing it come up in a few other places online and it feels like this is the beginning of this concept being talked about more widely.
I really really enjoyed the narration, it felt like Hagen was talking to me rather than reading, very natural and comfortable.
The interview with Pascoe gives the ending a light ending, nice to have a laugh at the end.
