What to expect
Slay bells ring . . . are you listening? The horror comes home for Christmas in this chilling new book for kids by the bestselling author of Red Rover.
Farrah wants her family to have the best Christmas ever . . . but nobody else in the family seems to care anymore. Her parents are fighting, her sister is ignoring her, and most of their usual Christmas traditions are being skipped or ruined.
When Farrah and her cousin Cedric find a strange box of metallic ornaments hidden away in their parents' childhood home, they figure it might make things more festive if they hang them on the family Christmas tree. Little do they know that these ornaments will summon strange and scary creatures, unleashing an ancient evil on the house and everyone in it.
As a blizzard hits and Christmas arrives, Farrah, Cedric, and the rest of their family find themselves in a fight to survive. Because it isn't Santa Claus who's coming to town . . . it's someone much, much worse.
