If you haven’t already noticed, you may see some exciting changes to the app when you next update. We hope these will make it easier than ever for you to enjoy xigxag, and we’d love to highlight some key features for you.

We’ve created a xigxag user guide x-book® just for you! ‘Listen Up’ contains everything you need to know about the app and how to use it, and it’s now pre-loaded on every xigxag account.
It’s also the perfect way to trial the x-book® for free, so if you haven’t yet experienced our listen-and-read integrated format, now’s your chance.

It’s easier to find your way 😊
The first thing you may notice is we have added a navigation bar, which offers a simpler way for you to find your way around. The navigation bar also divides your app into five easy to find sections: Home, My xigxag, Player, My Books and Settings.
Discover your next great listen 🏡
Previously familiar as the main screen on the app, Home is now the xigxag catalogue, and where you will find your Top Picks, Just In, and £3.99 Picks, plus a selection of genres.
Your search bar can also be found here, and you still have the ability to search by Author, Title, Genre and Keyword – and filter all searches by x-book®!
Looking for ‘domestic thriller’ or ‘historical romance’? Our search has you covered.
It’s all about you 👋
You can now set up your personalised profile, and view your reading stats, bookshelf, quotebook, reviews and lookups all in one place. Make it your own by adding a bio, photo, and updating your username.
Although we have plans for community features in the pipeline, for now your profile is only visible to you. Your privacy is important to us, so we will let you know before we introduce any changes so that you always have full control over what you choose to share.

We are super excited about our new look player screen!
Tap the xigxag logo in the middle of the navigation bar to access the player. Enjoy all the features you already love such as the sleep timer, quote, customisable listening speed, skip forward and backward buttons, plus read and search for x-book® enabled titles.
Looking for more features? You’ll find the review, download, share and gift menu by pressing the ‘More’ button.
You can also listen to your audiobook as you browse the rest of the app, simply pause and play using our new floating player control.
Books, Books, and My Books 📚
Here you’ll find all of your purchased books in one place.
You can sort by Author, Title, Downloaded, or Last Listened, and view as a list or cover art.
Prefer a tidy book list? You’re not alone. We’ve made it easy to archive your books, and you’ll always have full access to your purchased titles.

Think of this as your control panel.
You’ll find your account details, pricing status, voucher codes and preferences including dark mode and use of mobile data.
This is also where you can report any bug issues to us – we are always happy to help so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any issues.
