Matthew Richardson

Matthew Richardson is a British thriller author and former intelligence officer whose espionage fiction draws on insider knowledge of the world of spies. He worked in intelligence before turning to writing. The Insider is a spy thriller that brings authenticity and tension to the espionage genre. Richardson's fiction belongs to the tradition of le Carré and Forsyth — intelligent, character-driven spy fiction grounded in realistic tradecraft rather than action-movie heroics. His audiobooks and books offer listeners and readers authentic, intelligent espionage fiction from a writer who knows the world of intelligence from the inside.
