Having recently ploughed through the works of Simon Scarrow, Alex Gerlis and David Downing in the same genre but admittedly set in a different era, this attempt at a spy novel is pitiful.
Dull as dishwater I gave up early on as I had no investment in the main character and couldn’t care less what became of him…….insomniacs rejoice.LazloWoodbine 2024-10-31
