It was quite obvious early on where the plot was heading, but the author's writing style is catchy and fluent all the same. What irritated me throughout though was her negligence to research the difference between (clinical) psychology and psychiatry. If you centre your plot around a certain profession, at least research it properly, even if the plot and characters aren't authentic or realistic.
