A thorough overview of the evidence in nutrition world, delving into different groups of foods and what the trends vs evidence is for or against them. Useful overview and as with Tim Spector, always relates back to the gut microbiota.

There is quote a lot to take in. Its a good guide to your general diet and goes into specific food groups and how to approach them. There where a couple of points where he stretched the science a bit but for the most part it seemed to be well referenced.
