Lots of fascinating, science based facts, narrated in a friendly and non patronising way.
The author/narrator has a great tone to his voice making him easy to listen to.
Surely the contents of this book is a public health imperative, if only government policy wasnu2019t so tied to the food industry.
One small criticism, we donu2019t all live in the US! Not sure what measurement a u2018cupu2019 is.

So glad I was able to listen to this. I have the physical book as well but found it too overwhelming as I have ADHD - however having it in audiobook format too allowed me the time to digest it in two formats and I could always go back a cross reference in the book where needed. Iu2019m on a mostly plant based diet anyway but this was great to help me hone into the ways I could improve my health. As mentioned in the book, Iu2019m not afraid of death I just donu2019t want to be the main cause of it!
